Terms of service

By uploading an image or creating a design you confirm you own it or have permission to use it — including logos, characters, artwork and photos of other people. You keep ownership of your design; you grant us the licence needed to print it, proof it, and fulfil your order.

Designs that infringe someone else's rights, sexualise minors, or promote hate or violence. Your approved proof is the final say on how your tie looks; we reserve the right to decline a design we can't legally or ethically print, refunded in full with the reason. If you believe a design on this site infringes your rights, email hello@nicetie.co with the details and we'll take it down while we look — that address reaches a human, not a queue.

Prices are shown at checkout and charged via Stripe. Made-to-order goods can't be returned for change of mind; defects and misprints are reprinted or refunded — see Returns. We may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfil properly.

Posting a design to the community gallery makes it public. Don't post what you don't have rights to; we can remove any post. Designer selling terms will be published before selling opens.

The service is provided by Nice Supply LLC, Ohio, USA. These terms are governed by Ohio law. If a clause is unenforceable the rest stand. We'll flag material changes on this page.
