Returns & refunds

Every tie is printed to your design, for you — we can't restock or resell it, so we can't take returns for a change of heart the way an off-the-shelf shop can.

Arrived damaged, misprinted, or visibly different from the proof you approved? Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we reprint it or refund it, your choice. That's not a favour, it's the deal.

Until you approve your proof you can cancel for a full refund. If your design is something we can't print (rights or content), we refund in full and tell you why.
